TERMINATE OFFICER SALARIES

RESOLVED, that the salaries of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of this Corporation, as fixed by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting held on [Date of Meeting]. It shall be terminated as of [Termination Date] ;that the said officers shall serve the Corporation as such officers without compensation; and that no salaries shall be paid to the said officers until authorized by the Board of Directors.
